The Harry Sutherland Philatelic Library (HSPL) at the Vincent Graves Greene Philatelic Research Foundation recently announced its next round of Open Saturdays as well as extended hours on Wednesdays.
The library is located at 10 Summerhill Ave. in downtown Toronto, just north of Summerhill Station. In addition to its regular open hours of Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., guests can also visit the HSPL on the fourth Wednesday of most months as well as many Saturdays.

The Sept. 9 Open Saturday coincides with the North Toronto Stamp Club Bourse being held up the street from the HSPL.
ONLINE CATALOGUE
The HSPL’s online library catalogue is accessible via the Greene Foundation website. Click here to search the database.
The HSPL is part of the Global Philatelic Library. Along with a digitized selection of many early Canadian journals, the Global Philatelic Library also has l’Union Postale from 1877-1909 to peruse.
The Ancestry.com family history database is also available at the HSPL to help you discover who may have sent, received, delivered or designed the cover you’re researching.
