Collectors planning to exhibit at SLOVPHILEX 2027 have been given additional time to submit their applications.
The organizing committee has extended the deadline for exhibit nominations from July 30 to Oct. 15, 2026.
SLOVPHILEX 2027 will be held June 30 to July 4, 2027, at the Slovak National Gallery in Bratislava, Slovakia. Organized by the Union of Slovak Philatelists, the exhibition is expected to feature approximately 1,500 frames and is being held under FIP patronage.
Competitive classes include traditional philately, postal history, thematic philately, revenue philately, picture postcards, open philately and philatelic literature. Exhibits in the first six classes may be entered in one-, two-, three-, five- or eight-frame formats. Aerophilately and postal stationery classes will not be offered.
For Canadian exhibitors, SLOVPHILEX 2027 is currently the only FIP exhibition open for entries in 2027.
Canadian exhibitors interested in participating should submit their nominations through Canadian commissioner Ed Kroft at Ed.kroft1955@outlook.com by the extended Oct. 15 deadline.
