Rob Leigh wins third Grand for Western District exhibit
Ontario-born exhibitor Rob Leigh, who now lives in Illinois, won the Grand Award at BNAPEX 2021 Virtual in early September for his five-frame postal history exhibit on Upper Canada’s Western District.
