BNAPEX ‘fantastically’ fun despite major storm
The Nova Scotia Stamp Club and the British North America Philatelic Society’s Atlantic Regional Group hosted BNAPEX 2023 on Sept. 15-17 with 47 competitive exhibits, more than a dozen dealers plus nearly 20 seminars.
