The Week in Shows (Nov. 27-Dec. 3)

Later this week, on Dec. 3-4, the Boucherville Coin and Stamp Show will be hosted at De Mortagne School on 955 De Montarville Blvd., in Boucherville, Que. Sponsored by l’Association des numismates et des philatélistes de Boucherville, the show will run from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. both days and feature 35 dealers. Admission and parking are free.

CLUB EVENTS

The West Toronto Stamp Club (WTSC) has concluded its discussion group meetings for 2016; however, get ready to mark next year’s calendars.

On Jan. 17, WTSC Vice-President Ian Robertson, who’s also a consulting editor for CSN, will host a meeting entitled, “Mr. Livingstone, I Presume,” which will explore the story of a Picton, Ont., shopkeeper who branched into postcards before the First World War.
