There are five major stamp shows taking place across three provinces this week.
First up is today’s Postcard Memories Show and Sale, which is being held at Bingemans Conference Centre on 425 Bingeman Centre Dr., in Kitchener, Ont.
With 20 dealers of postcards, covers and stamps spanning the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries,the show boasts free parking and $5 admission (children aged 12 and under are free with an adult).
NATIONAL POSTAGE STAMP & COIN SHOW
Later this week, on March 23-24, the National Postage Stamp and Coin Show will return to the Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale on 6750 Mississauga Rd., in Mississauga.
Featuring about 50 leading philatelic and numismatic dealers from across Canada, the show is held in the hotel’s 9,000-square-foot Graydon Hall.
Show highlights include the 76th Annual North Toronto Stamp Club Exhibition; a two-day live auction by Colonial Acres; a full slate of educational seminars; and a “Young Collectors” table and free youth auction.
Admission is only $3 on Saturday and free on Sunday. The show and exhibition hall will be open Saturday from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Parking is always free.

EDMONTON SPRING NATIONAL
Also being held March 23-24 is the Edmonton Spring National Stamp Show, which will be hosted by the Edmonton Stamp Club at the Central Lions Recreation Centre on 11113 113 St. N.W.
Featuring dealers from across Canada and a competitive national-level exhibition – part of the World Series of Philately – the show is free to attend.
SCARBOROUGH CLUB SHOW
On March 23, the Scarborough Stamp Club Show will be held at Cedarbrook Community Centre on 91 East Park Blvd., in Scarborough, Ont.
With free admission and parking, the show will feature five- and 10-cent club circuit books, individually priced items and material from upwards of four dealers.
The bourse will be open from 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
FREDERICTON SHOW
Rounding out the week in shows is the Fredericton Stamp Show and Sale, which will also be held March 23 at Fredericton High School on 300 Prospect St., in Fredericton, N.B.
Running from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., the show will feature Maritime dealers, exhibits, a youth table with free stamps for children, door prizes, a silent auction and a raffle. Admission and parking are free.
NEXT WEEK
