The Week in Shows (Feb. 17-23)

There are two major shows on the philatelic docket this week.

First up is the St. Thomas Stamp Club 33rd Annual Stamp Show, which will be held Feb. 23 at the Community of Christ Church on 105 Fairview Ave., in St. Thomas, Ont.

The bourse, which will be open from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., will feature 10 dealers, a display of exhibits and door prizes. Admission and parking are both free.

Also being held Feb. 23 is the Scarborough Stamp Club Show, which will return to the Cedarbrook Community Centre on 91 Eastpark Blvd., in Scarborough, Ont. With free admission and parking, the show boasts a handful of dealers as well as club circuit books.

NEXT WEEK

Looking forward to next week, there are two shows slated to take place.

These include the Toronto Postcard Club 38th Annual Sale, to be held Feb. 24 in Toronto, as well as Nuphilex, to be held March 1-3 in Montréal.
