‘Show & Tell’ set for RPSC’s October Stamps Panels

The Royal Philatelic Society of Canada (RPSC) is offering a “show and tell” segment to its October Stamp Panels.

“For Stamp Panels, we are trying something special, Show & Tell,” seminar co-ordinator and RPSC director Joe Trauzzi wrote in the September issue of the RPSC Newsletter. “Do you have something you are proud of? Something you want to show off?  Now is your chance.  Join us as a presenter on October 17,” Trauzzi states in a more detailed email about the panel.

The “rules” to submit, include:

  • maximum one item (cover, stamp, stamp set, or other philatelic-related items)
  • three slides (jpeg or preferably PowerPoint slides)
  • each person will be given five minutes.

Submissions for Show & Tell need to be provided before the Oct. 17 Stamp Panels and sent to both Joe at jtrauzzi@yahoo.ca  and Lisa at lisakwtam@gmail.com.

‘Due to anticipated demand we reserve the right to limit the number of submissions,” Trauzzi added.  “To avoid rejection, please submit your item soon as possible.”

“Thank you for all your support over the last couple of years for Stamp Talks and Stamp Panels,” said Trauzzi. “Year two is wrapping up in a few months and planning for next year has started.  If you would like to become a speaker or a panellist, please email me at jtrauzzi@yahoo.cas with your topic.”
