Long-time Nova Scotia Stamp Club member Marilyn Melanson died on March 11, 2024.  She was 83.

“Marilyn served on the club executive for many years and was a judge at shows held by both the Nova Scotia Stamp Club and the Valley Stamp Club,” writes club member Jane Sodero. “She was also the driving force behind the junior stamp club.”

Marilyn also served two terms as a director on the board of the Royal Philatelic Society of Canada.
