This year, CSN has already received several notices from event organizers about cancelled stamp shows originally scheduled for early 2022.
On Jan. 3, the St. Catharines Stamp Club announced the cancellation of its 73rd Cathex, slated for Jan. 29 in St. Catharines, Ont., while Nuphilex organizer Emmanuel Andreou has also cancelled his spring show, scheduled for March 4-6 in Montréal.
Like in spring 2020, more show cancellations are expected due to the rapid increase in COVID-19 cases plus the return to restrictions on indoor gatherings in various provinces.
