During London 2022, a weeklong international stamp exhibition slated for Feb. 19-26 in the English capital, the Royal Philatelic Society London (RPSL) will host a free all-day event aimed at people working, volunteering, researching or interested in philatelic libraries, archives and museums.
The International Philatelic Libraries & Museums’ Symposium, to be held on Feb. 23 at RPSL headquarters, will feature presentations and discussions highlighting “the problems and joys” of those philatelic institutions, according to organizers.
Attendees will hear from a range of institutions, including the British Library and the Smithsonian’s National Postal Museum, with opportunities for open discussion and networking.
