A three-day exhibition hosted by India Post in the South Asian country this September concluded with a “Postcrossing” meeting.
Postcrossing is a global project allowing people to send and receive real postcards with other people around the world.
“The idea is simple,” reads the project’s website. “For each postcard you send, you will receive one back from a random ‘postcrosser’ from somewhere in the world.”
Of the more than 200 countries with at least one Postcrossing participant, Canada is ranked 15th with 10,586 participants and more than 866,000 postcards sent.
