FIP Postal History Commission announces online speaker series

A series of five online seminars focusing on postal history exhibiting will be held by the Postal History Commission of the Fédération Internationale de Philatélie (FIP) through October.

The first seminar is slated for Aug. 16 with Henrik Mouritsen, author of the six-volume Danish Postal History 1875-1907, exploring rarity and condition.

The second seminar will be held on Sept. 6 with Chris King – a Fellow of the Royal Philatelic Society London and signatory of the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists (RDP) – highlighting exhibit presentation.

On Sept. 20, fellow RDP signatory Dan Walker, of the United States, will explore treatment.

On Oct. 4, Mouritsen will return with another talk on importance.

The final seminar will be hosted on Oct. 18 by Andrew Cheung, of Hong Kong, who will highlight knowledge and research.
