Canadian Stamp News issued its first new digital edition on July 10 as it plans to discontinue its PocketMags service in August.
Digital subscribers will now receive the magazine directly from Trajan Publishing Corp., publisher of CSN as well as Canadian Coin News. Subscribers should still have access to their PocketMags library; however, with the new digital edition, subscribers will have access to all issues of CSN and CCN dating back to January 2011.
The advantages of the new digital edition include:
- an earlier release at 10 a.m. on Tuesdays;
- full access to past issues dating back to January 2011; and
- each edition being downloadable and printable, unlike PocketMags.
Until PocketMags is discontinued in August, subscribers will receive both Trajan and PocketMags’ versions.
