Canada Post maintains stamp prices

Canada Post has announced it will maintain stamp prices at 2020 levels through 2021.

Stamp prices for letters mailed within Canada and weighing less than 30 grams will remain at 92 cents when purchased as part of a booklet, coil or pane (or $1.07 when purchased individually).

Stamp prices for letters, cards and postcards sent to the United States and other international destinations will also remain the same.

Effective Jan. 11, domestic meter rates will increase by 1.2 per cent, and commercial lettermail rates will see “modest” increases, according to a statement issued by Canada Post on Jan. 8.

Canada Post also invited small businesses seeking support or special discounts on shipping and other services to register for the free Canada Post Solutions for Small Business program.
