Canada Post annual public meeting this Thursday

Canada Post will host its 15th annual public meeting via a live webcast later this week.

In the past, the Crown corporation held its annual meeting in cities across Canada, but in the interest of safety during COVID-19, this year’s event – on Sept. 10 – will be a live webcast only.

The presenters include:

  • Suromitra Sanatani, the acting chair of Canada Post’s board of directors;
  • Doug Ettinger, president and CEO;
  • Wayne Cheeseman, chief financial officer; and
  • Susan Margles, chief people and safety officer.

They will provide an overview of Canada Post’s performance in 2019. To view the Crown corporation’s recent financial reports, click here.

Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions, which may be submitted in advance to corporateevents@canadapost.ca or asked during the webcast.
