APS Summer Seminar coming online this June

The American Philatelic Society (APS) will host eight paid three-session courses for members, plus five free one-hour seminars open to everyone, as part of its 2021 Summer Seminar.

The online-only event runs from June 7-25 – 15 days – with registration opening on May 1. An “all-access pass,” which includes registration plus session recordings and handouts for the eight paid courses, costs $200 US (about $250 Cdn.). The cost to attend one of the three-session courses is $35 US (about $45 Cdn.).

The “Free Friday” sessions cover “a variety of topics of interest to collectors,” including researching postal history and writing philatelic articles, according to organizers.
