AFDCS launches free online registry for members

The American First Day Cover Society (AFDCS), the world’s largest first-day cover (FDC) club, recently unveiled a new service to connect members with similar collecting interests.

Dubbed “Member Connect,” it allows AFDCS members to submit their collecting interests in a secure, members-only section of the club’s website, afdcs.org, at no extra charge. Members can list any topic of general philatelic or FDC interest or use the service to seek specific wanted items.

With one allowed for each member, listings are limited to 25 words; however, members can submit changes or delete their listings at any time.

For more information, visit afdcs.org, write to the AFDCS, PO Box 246, Colonial Beach, VA 22443-0246, or send an email to afdcs@afdcs.org.
