The Royal Philatelic Society of Canada (RPSC) will hold its annual general meeting virtually via Zoom on Sunday, May 24 at 7 p.m. (ET), providing members with an opportunity to review the Society’s activities and conduct official business.
The meeting agenda will include the presentation and consideration of financial statements for the year ending Dec. 31, 2025, along with reports from executive members, directors and duty officers. Members will also vote on the election of directors for the coming term.
Additional business will include the review and potential ratification of the Society’s by-laws, contracts and actions undertaken by the Board of Directors since the previous annual general meeting. The meeting will also allow for any further business properly brought before the membership.
