Long-time BNAPS official retires after nearly 30 years

After nearly three decades as the dealer liaison and advertising manager of the British North America Philatelic Society (BNAPS), Hank Narbonne has stepped down from his volunteer roles.

A well-known Canadian stamp and postal history dealer, Narbonne was named to BNAPS’ Order of the Beaver fellowship in 2003 and as a Fellow of the Royal Philatelic Society of Canada (RPSC) in 2005. He has also served as a BNAPS board member and the BNAPEX dealer liaison and bourse chair in addition to his books and award-winning exhibits. Narbonne is also an accredited judge with both BNAPS and the RPSC.

His replacement as dealer liaison is Hugo Deshaye, a Québec dealer who currently serves as a BNAPS board member.
