Baltimore is the host city for this weekend’s annual convention of the British North America Philatelic Society (BNAPS).
The three-day convention gets under way today and will draw hundreds of BNAPS’ members from across Canada, the United States and Europe.
The 60-dealer bourse will feature Canada and BNA material, and the popular exhibition is being sponsored by the Baltimore Philatelic Society.
BNAPS is an international organization (founded 1943) devoted to the collecting and study of the stamps, markings, and postal history of Canada and the pre-confederation colonies of British North America (British Columbia, Canada, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.)
