RPSC names four new Fellows

Four Canadian philatelists who “have actively worked for the betterment” of the Royal Philatelic Society of Canada (RPSC) and Canadian philately have been named fellows of the esteemed national society. Dealers Hugo Deshaye of Quebec and Roy Houtby of St. Catharines, Ont., along with RPSC president Greg Redner, of London, Ont., and Toronto philatelic author and researcher Michel Houde were named fellows by the society at its October convention.
