I gave up on commercial albums over 15 years ago. Albums for used stamp collections usually are deficient in descriptive items (numbering, comments, etc.), and if for mint collections (other than hinge-less types), as above, and with illustrated boxes which are too small to accommodate mounted stamps (i.e. the monts overlap the borders). I make my own album pages for all my different collections (either for used or mint) that include Scott or other numbers, dates, comments, special features, etc. AlbumGen and EzStamp are the perfect combination for quick, beautiful pages.
