With BC now well into Phase 3 of its Restart Plan and virtually no reported active cases of COVID on all of Vancouver Island, Victoria will be holding its one-day stamp bourse on Sunday August 16th as was scheduled at the beginning of the year.

The show will be hosted at a new venue, the Sandman Inn at 2852 Douglas Street and the show hours are 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with free admission, free parking and easy ground floor access. There will be eight different dealers in attendance with specialties in postal history, stamps and postcards.

The hotel also has the full-service Shark Club Sports Bar & Grill for the convenience of those attending the show.

Face-masks will be required for those attending the show and complimentary masks will be available for those who do not have one along with hand sanitizer.

There will also be a sign-in sheet for any potential contact tracing that may be required in the highly unlikely event that someone becomes ill. In accordance with provincial rules the number of people in the show room will be limited to 50 at any one time, though it is not expected that this will be an issue as attendance is typically spread out over the duration of the show.
