Record crowds at Royal in London

More than 300 people visited the home of the Royal Philatelic Society London (RPSL) in England this February during the London 2022 international exhibition.

On Feb. 24, RPSL members and guests attended a special meeting at the new headquarters, opened in November 2019 by Queen Elizabeth II at 15 Abchurch Ln., in London’s historic city centre.

More than 40 international RPSL members from 18 countries displayed non-competitive exhibits while “a host of other activities made the society explode with joy and friendship with members from all over the world,” according to RPSL President Peter Cockburn.

CSN published a full review of London 2022, as well as Emirates 2022, in the previous issue (“International exhibiting returns at Emirates, London shows,” Vol. 46 #25).
