    If you’re a postal history collector, what’s your favourite modern piece?

    A collector from B.C. shared this new cover mailed across Canada using a 1981 “A” stamp, which was valued at 30 cents in perpetuity, meaning this piece of mail paid less than a third of the current 92-cent domestic rate.
