Wayne Smith, a member of the Pence-Cents Era Study Group, recently added more than 50 listings to his 1851-59 Pence cover census.
Hosted online by the British North America Philatelic Society, the census lists more than 4,500 Pence covers and is presented by stamp and paper variety (listing the number of known covers for each rate paid by a specific stamp) and by rate (listing the number of known covers for each way to pay a specific rate).
This February, Smith also updated the census’s foreign rate section.
