The Victoria Stamp Club is hosting the Victoria Stamp and Postcard Fair, along with a non-competitive exhibition. There will be stamp and postcard dealers and a Wellburn Foundation table with free beginner’s stamps. 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Free parking and free admission.
