China Stamp Society joins Boston 2026

The China Stamp Society (CSS) has announced it will participate in the Boston 2026 World Expo, the next once-in-a-decade U.S. international show.

Based in the United States but with a worldwide membership, the CSS plans to host its annual convention and additional seminars related to Chinese philately, including Hong Kong, Macau, Manchukuo, Tibet, Shanghai and the treaty ports, foreign offices in China and the Japanese occupation of China.

“We are happy organizations continue to choose our exhibition as their society’s destination of choice for meetings and conventions,” said Boston 2026 President Yamil Kouri. “An additional thanks to those, including the CSS, that are able to financially support us as well.”

Formed in 1936, the CSS stands as the world’s largest English-speaking philatelic society specializing in China and related regions. It’s also the oldest active American Philatelic Society affiliate, according to a statement issued by Boston 2026 organizers. The CSS has also published its award-winning bimonthly publication, The China Clipper, since its formation.
