The British North America Philatelic Society (BNAPS) has updated BECONS (BNAPS Exchange Circuit Online System).
The new/revised sheets of stamps have been added as of January 2018 and are labelled “Jan18.” They can be found in the Queen Elizabeth section.
BECONS
BECONS is designed to allow BNAPS members to see the stamps and covers available in the exchange circuit. The inventory of material is scanned and posted on the website, through which it can be accessed. Only members of BNAPS can participate in the exchange
circuit.
